What if I don’t fit into these plans?
These have been setup based on the most frequently seen configurations and serve as a basis for you to understand the different levels of support offered. If you feel your needs or situation is different then any of the above, please contact for a custom quote.
What do you provide after work is performed?
In addition to your guaranteed support, you’ll receive a complete report of what work was performed as well as any new projects that have been discussed for your records. Additionally, this information will provide you with how many hours you have left if you chose to utilize a pre pay discount.
Is your work guaranteed?
If you bring an issue related to the work performed to our attention within the five-day period, we will verify that the problem was due to work performed, and the original work will be re-performed at no additional expense.
Anything else I should know?
These cover just the basics, more information and detailed terms can be discussed during your initial free consultation. An engagement letter and agreement will be signed by both parties and will provide further conditions.
