Diagnostics/Repair

I will use my experience and intuition to delve into the problem you are having and verify the cause of your problem. Your issue will be resolved in an efficient and professional manner. It’s your choice if you’d like me to keep you informed or if you just want it repaired and happy again. I am fully hardware certified. No need to take it to the Apple store, let me come to you.

Training/Tutoring

I can assist with learning how to keep your data safe, keeping your system running smooth, working with media, business productivity software, securing your system and more. We’ll work together as a team and you’ll learn how to get the most out of your equipment.

Equipment

I know what works and what doesn’t. I will help you in selecting the right equipment and software to get your job done. I will also make sure you’re setup with a good foundation to grow with so you’re not left in the cold when technology advances or you outgrow your current setup. I can make sure you never pay retail pricing on Apple equipment and can recommend 3rd party solutions for storage and peripherals.

Data Recovery

It is not a matter of IF your drive will have a mechanical failure, it is a matter of when. When your drive has a mechanical failure it must be handled by a qualified technician. I will make every attempt to recover your data in order to avoid the more expensive in-lab recovery services that may be needed for the most severe mechanical failures.

Windows/Switching

Previous to my work with Apple I actually worked in IT as a Microsoft specialist. I can assist with the process of switching from Windows to Mac, running Windows natively on the Mac platform and issues like virus infection, spyware, hardware upgrades and install, etc on the other side of the fence.

Everything Else

Everyone knows there is a lot to know about computers today — and technology in general. Wireless systems, security, databases, development, communications, etc. As a general technologist you can rely on me to be your go-to guy when it comes to anything computer related. I have experience in more then just Macs, so feel free to just ask.
